Details: Join Surly Brewing (SGAD – Surly Gives A Damn) and the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation to remove invasive species from Snyder Heritage Farm! For over two decades, Snyder Heritage Farm has been transitioning from a traditional farm to an exquisite blend of prairie, oak savanna, wetland and woodland ecosystems. It’s now a super-spectacular prairie oasis just outside of Des Moines. We’re looking for 20-30 beer-loving people to remove brush and invasive species from the area. Afterwards, we’ll grab a FREE thank you Surly beer to celebrate our hard work.
