Come as you are and center yourself with a vinyasa flow yoga session with Lindsay Bordwell of Yoga & Co. as we enjoy the waning hours of the summer sun. $10 covers the cost of class plus a full pour from our taps after your final shavasana.

All ages and skill levels welcome. Minors must be accompanied by a 21+ adult.

Lindsay is an upbeat yogi with a passion for spreading the love of yoga. Her classes are fun, challenging, relaxing, and empowering. She is a believer in the power of positive thought and using yoga as a catalyst to strengthen the mind and the body.
